Oracle Communications EAGLE SIGTRAN and Signaling Gateway (SGW) Provisioning (D87307)

Course Overview

This course introduces telephony personnel to the architectures and functions involved in delivering SS7 across IP networks. It provides the foundations by defining elements and components of converged SS7 and IP networks. Transport mechanisms to the components such as SCTP Associations, SIGTRAN, and ITU protocols are also included.

Blending theory with practical experiences, students will learn to perform system provisioning, circuit management, link diagnosis, and link repair on links that use SIGTRAN M2PA, M3UA, protocols to implement IP Signaling Gateway functions.

Learn To:
  • Provision SIGTRAN
  • Perform circuit management
  • Perform link diagnosis and repair
