Course Overview

Today’s successful business leaders differentiate from the ones in the past by effectively implementing coaching in their jobs. Coaching brings out the creativity in a leader, enabling him to also contribute more to his organization, while also improving the output of those that are coached too.

With that in mind, we developed this course, comprised of lot of hands-on experience, through which you will adopt and practice coaching methods. Having in mind the result you are looking for, you will learn how to increase the performance of those you coach, by reaching a level in which you will know how to start a coaching exchange which will include carefully crafted dialogue covering topics that need to be in focus, and you will also learn how to deal with resistance and keep everyone on track. We also created a real-life scenarios with which you can actively practice the new methods in coaching, directly aiding you in crafting your adapted approach when you go back to work.
